The architectonically hotel has a really perfect strategic location right in the middle of the historical centre, so it's within easy reach of the entertainment, restaurants, bars and clubs as well as shops. You can also go for a pleasant walk in the historic district, where you can stroll in the narrow streets with souvenir shops and cosy cafés. On the first two floors of the building there is a modern shopping arcade with small boutiques offering mostly brand goods. Hotel guests get a discount in some of the shops. In the remaining three floors there are hotel rooms. It is a very practical arrangement, as you can get all services under one roof and you don't even need to leave the building.

The key feature of the interior modern design is colours. On each floor there are rooms decorated in different tones, but the same design is folowed in all rooms. Each room combines cosiness with the elegance of modern design. All the rooms feel very warm, thanks to the colours chosen and also to the high-quality soft carpeting. The more spacious rooms are aligned to the street and have the same design of bathroom with mosaic reminiscent of zebra skin. However, a little noise from the street may disturb you. The rooms aligned towards the atrium are like an oasis of peace, but they are somewhat smaller. The bathrooms are decorated in different colours in each floor, corresponding to the decoration of the rooms. The red-and-white mosaic will probably make your eyes hurt and you may associate it with the checkered flag of Formula 1. 

On the ground floor there is a breakfast restaurant, which also serves lunch on weekdays. It is a popular place to have lunch especially for businessmen from nearby companies. You can choose from 4 variants of the lunch menu. The meals are, however, rather simple, because the restaurant is not open all day and its main purpose is to serve breakfasts. There is also a small conference room connected to the restaurant.

Parking is available in the underground garage which is located 300 metres from the hotel. A modern fitness centre is located right across the street from the hotel. It is open until midnight and there is a discounted entrance fee of 5 EUR for guests of the hotel.
